Does the pc store any critical betting information or is everything stored in the ‘central system’?
the terminal does not store any critical betting information all data stored in central system (bet director/ white label platform)
is the printer driver pre-installed?
yes, it’s pre-installed
will a technician be able to remote via teamviewer on the machine?
no, teamviewer won’t be used, its not part of our approved applications and represents a security risk. the pc is pre-installed with kaseya, an agent for remote support purposes.
can the pc use a wifi connection or it has to be broadband?
either wifi or broadband(ethernet) connection would work fine, as long as it’s connected to the internet.
what are the different error messages that might occur?
- “incorrect username or password” at log in
- make sure you are using the correct username and password, if still an issue, contact support to verify your account status
- “price change” when place bets, this will only show if the new price is lower than the old price
- you can choose to re-send the bet if customer is ok with that, or refund the amount for customer
